In the first edition, I shared the books that helped me at the beginning of my journey, when everything felt confusing and I had so many questions—especially about my relationship with my parents.
This month, I want to focus more on what’s been helping me lately—what’s helping me soften, self-reflect, and stay present, even when things feel uncertain. My hope is that something here speaks to you, too, just as it has for me.
